The Vue on 5th is a 45-unit residential community located in the heart of San Diego’s historic Bankers Hill.
The Vue is managed by Property Management Professionals (PMP). Christina Mercer is the community manager, and John Daniel is our on-site resident and building services manager. John is available Monday through Friday to support residents and is your best source for answers to anything Vue related. He can be reached at 619-707-1765 and/or [email protected]. PMP’s website can be reached at connect.pmpmanage.com and our resident website is vueon5thbankershill.com. Please make sure you register on the resident’s website as we use this for important communication (texts, emails, etc.) on building conditions that will impact residents. The website also has an “Alert” function and “Forum” allowing residents to share information with our community. The PMP website is best for managing your assessment billing, requesting work orders and access to important documents.
All condominium owners need to be familiar with our CC&R’s and other legal documents. They are the ground rules that we have all agreed to be governed by. Owners should also be familiar with the “Living at the Vue” document on the “Important Information” page.
